Pick any job — from a quick Fleeca smash-and-grab to the Doomsday Scenario finale — and work out exactly what everyone walks away with. Adjust the approach, the vault target (where a heist offers more than one), and the estimated take, then set the host's cut and decide how the crew splits what's left: straight down the middle, or weighted shares if someone pulled more weight in prep. Toggle on the Elite Challenge bonus if your crew ran it clean and under time. Check off preps and setups as you knock them out, pull up a community walkthrough for your approach, or hit Random Job to let the dice pick your next score. Figures are community-sourced estimates, not exact in-game numbers — use them to plan the split, not to the penny.
